Fame Game is played over a distance of around 4k. It is not considered suitable for anyone who may experience health complications from walking/playing it over this distance (e.g. people in the later stages of pregnancy). Within this context, players accept full responsibility and liability for accessing whether it is suitable for their own personal health circumstances.

Fame Game is unable to guarantee accessibility for wheelchair users across the playing space. Wheelchair uses should contact the team for further information prior to purchasing a ticket.

Use of the Services

Fame Game is played through one of our mobile phone devices. Because these devices are needed for other players, you will be required to sign a damages deposit liability and waiver agreement and leave details of a credit/debit card, prior to receiving the device to play the game. We ask you to do this to ensure that the mobile phone devices are returned to us in working order, so that other players can also enjoy the experience.

We reserve the right to withhold that deposit should the device be broken or damaged in any way upon return. Should you refuse to sign the liability and waiver document or leave the deposit we reserve the right to refuse you entry to the experience without refunding your ticket. Fame Game requires the use of an additional mobile phone (s) belonging to one of the players. We will not be held responsible for any breaking or damage caused to this phone while experiencing our Services.

Refunds & Exchanges

All Fame Game tickets are purchased as non-refundable.

If, for any reason, you are unable to use your ticket we will only issue a refund if we are able to resell the ticket, upon which a £5 administration fee will be deducted from the refund. Successfully reselling tickets on your behalf is never guaranteed and no refund will be issued if the ticket is not able to be resold.

In the event that the event is cancelled or has to be postponed due to an issue beyond the organiser’s control (i.e. a natural disaster or government/Local Authority mandate) then no refunds will be offered, but a credit note will be issued for a future event within a 12-month period. Once the cancellation or postponement is confirmed we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with further event details.

We do not collect any special personal information about you (data about your race, ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, or information about your health or biometric data.

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform that contract. In that case, we may have to stop providing a service to you. If so, we will notify you of this at the time.

The law requires us to determine under which of six defined bases we process different categories of your personal information, and to notify you of the basis for each category. If a basis on which we process your personal information is no longer relevant then we shall immediately stop processing your data. If the basis changes then if required by law we shall notify you of the change and of any new basis under which we have determined that we can continue to process your information.

If you have given us explicit permission to do so, we may from time to time pass your name and contact information to selected associates whom we consider may provide services or products you would find useful. We continue to process your information on this basis until you withdraw your consent or it can be reasonably assumed that your consent no longer exists. You may withdraw your consent at any time by instructing us at hello@famegame.tv. However, if you do so, you may not be able to use our website or our services further.

We may process information on the basis there is a legitimate interest, either to you or to us, of doing so. Where we process your information on this basis, we do after having given careful consideration to: whether the same objective could be achieved through other means, whether processing (or not processing) might cause you harm, whether you would expect us to process your data, and whether you would, in the round, consider it reasonable to do so. For example, we may process your data on this basis for the purposes of: record-keeping for the proper and necessary administration of our services, responding to unsolicited communication from you to which we believe you would expect a response, protecting and asserting the legal rights of any party, insuring against or obtaining professional advice that is required to manage business risk, protecting your interests where we believe we have a duty to do so.

This may include your personal information.
